Netball Victoria recently conducted Talent Identification (TID) assessments at the Central East Qualifying Day, part of the Association Championships series. Talent scouts observed athletes across a range of matches, evaluating players and overall potential for elite development.
We are proud to announce that several FDNA athletes have been identified to trial for the 2026 Netball Victoria Talent Academy:

Lana Clayton

Amelia Crawford

Arlie Hodgins

Harper Lonie

Kalani Love
This is an exciting achievement and a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and growth these athletes have shown throughout the season.
Netball Victoria operates six Talent Academies across the state, designed to ensure that athletes from all regions have access to pathway coaches, quality training environments, and performance support. These programs go beyond just enhancing technical and tactical skills. They focus on holistic athlete development – including physical preparation, injury prevention, and athlete wellbeing – all essential components for those progressing toward elite netball pathways.
FDNA congratulates our identified athletes and wishes them all the best as they move into the next stage of the selection process. We are incredibly proud of your achievements so far and look forward to following and supporting your journey.
